We believe in creating the best possible environment for the CD ripping process.  That is why we hand-clean, inspect all discs and repair any damaged discs.  A repaired disc will rip more reliably.  The repair process is included in the conversion cost per disc since it is assumed that there will be some discs that are damaged.  We will repair at our cost up to 1/3 of your collection.  If it is found that more than 1/3 of your collection needs repair, we will charge a 10 cents per disc fee for each disc in excess of the 1/3 that we allow.

For example:  A 300 CD order would include up to 100 discs repaired free of charge.  If it is found that 150 discs of the 300 need repair then we would charge 10 cents per disc over the 100 (10 cents for each of the 50 discs over) and would cost an additional $5.  We will contact you prior to any additional work to inform you of the additional repairs.
