We will only charge you for the number of CDs you
actually send and we convert. Use the
online order form to select the options you want to
personalize your new digital library
or call us at (866) 937-4748 to place your order.
You can also order an MP3 player from us and we will
preload it for you so it is ready to play right out
of the box and as always, there is no additional fee
for this service.
 
Once your order is received, we
will send you all of the necessary packing and
shipping materials so you can safely ship your CDs.
Your CDs are shipped on protective
spindles in a customized shipping box and are fully insured during transit. We supply prepaid
FedEx shipping labels so that you can simply pack then ship. We
also provide all the tracking information for both shipments to and from
so that you can stay informed about their status.
Once
received, we begin the detailed process of cleaning, repairing and
processing your CDs. Because of how our process is designed,
we can spend extra time on Quality Assurance to make sure that your
music is accurately tagged and sounds great.
Within days you will receive
your newly converted Digital
Music Library along with
your original CDs.
You then can listen to
all your music again while browsing your music catalog. You
will be amazed at how much music you have been missing.
