Every standard order includes:

Free shipping and insurance on your order.  All your shipping is prepaid and travels via FedEx.  You will receive tracking numbers so you can follow your packages every step of the way.  Your CDs are insured for $20 dollars each. 

Each and every CD without exception is hand cleaned with Optical Grade cleaning solution and clothes.  Our employees wear optical/clean room grade gloves when handling your CDs. 

Every CD is inspected by highly trained employees and any CD that is considered to be scratched enough to cause risk in ripping, is set aside and repaired*.

Each CD is ripped to your desired format securely and monitored in multiple ways to ensure that the CD is ripped accurately.

Each CD is visually verified against our metadata to ensure accurate tagging of all CD information.

DVD Music Backup.  The converted music is burned and professionally printed to archive grade Taiyo Yuden DVDs.  With a music backup you will always have your music no matter what happens to your MP3 player or computer's hard drive. 

A summary of your CD conversion with disc by disc information is created.  We also provide additional information about the rip process and if you had any discs that presented problems, their tracks will be on the exception log.

A full color printed catalog of your music.  The catalog is professionally printed and is commercially heat bound (much like a paperback book).  No three ring binders or OfficeMax stuff here.

Safe and secure shipment of your DVDs, catalog and original CDs back to you.

Optional Items/Services:

We can load your MP3 player for you.  We will provide a specially padded box for your MP3 player, load it with the converted music and ship it back for your immediate listening pleasure.

We can load your external hard drive.  If you need a hard drive or just want to have the music loaded to the drive to save you time, we can do that also.

If you want two different formats of the music let us know.  For example, you can get one copy in MP3 and another in FLAC, WMA or any number of other formats.

If you do not have an MP3 player, you can purchase it from us as part of the service and we will return it with your music already loaded onto it.  "Makes a great gift"

You can reduce clutter and Go Green.  This option allows you to send the CDs in the jewel cases.  After conversion, your CDs will be returned organized in a CD wallet, alphabetized with the CD booklets (liner notes) and we will recycle the plastic cases.
